New Delhi: A petition was filed in the Supreme Court recently regarding the ban of video conferencing app Zoom. In the hearing of the case, the court has asked the central government for four weeks. Also, US-based Zoom Video Communication has been called for.

The petition filed in the court said that the Zoom app is a threat to national security and can lead to an increase in cyber attacks and cybercrime in India. Zoom also admitted that Indians' data was leaked from its platform. In such a situation, the data of crores of Indians has been leaked so far. But still the Zoom app is still awaiting ban.

Xiaomi has launched a new 43-inch full HD screen smart TV in its TV segment. Launched as Mi TV E43K, users will not get Bluetooth connectivity like other smart TVs in this TV. It uses a bezel-less design which makes it attractive and beautiful. This TV comes with Xiaomi's PatchWall interface that provides access to all content from one place. This TV has been launched in China and the company has not given any information to the launch in other countries.

What are Creepware Apps
Creepyware apps are those used by hackers to spy on, threaten or defraud a person. Through them, hackers track your online activity and steal your password. After this, we misuse this information.

This is how these apps work
As soon as someone downloads such an app, hackers get access to their phone files, messages and cameras etc. According to the cyber security form Norton, "through creepware, hackers gain control of your computer or mobile device by sitting away." They are able to see and hear you through the camera and microphone of your device.
